This authentic Galilean restaurant (Syrian, Lebanese, and Israeli cuisine) is ensconced in a beautiful building over 130 years old with the original stones intact. It serves local cuisine using local products that meld east and west.  The vintage dishes, the rich breakfast feast that changes each season, the antique tables, the artwork lining the walls, and an impressive wine list make for a memorable experience.

Please note that breakfast, a homemade feast of cheeses, jams, bread, eggs, and dips, must be reserved at the restaurant beforehand.

The Beit Shalom Restaurant

Housed in a 19th-century stone structure of Metula’s first pioneers, the chef's restaurant, using local products, serves authentic local cuisine, Syrian, Lebanese, and Israeli.

The room to the right was the headquarters of the British command at the beginning of the 20th century.

To enter the restaurant, you pass a garden with ancient trees and pots overflowing with geraniums.

Inside, you will be nestled in an intimate atmosphere with the pleasant coolness of the summer stone walls and the fireplace's romantic warmth in winter.

The restaurant is also an art gallery.
