Advance Payment / Deposit

Upon placing the order, an advance payment of 10% of the total order amount is charged. The advance payment will be refunded only in case of cancellation made within 3 days from the date of the order. After this date, the advance payment will not be refunded in any case of cancellation.

General Cancellation Fees

Regular Season Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no charge. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date – a charge of 50% of the order value.

Peak Season (July–August, Jewish Holidays, and Festivals in the Galilee) Cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date – no charge. Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before the arrival date – a charge of 50% of the order value.

Last-Minute Cancellation In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, the booker will be charged 100% of the total order value.

Last-Minute Booking An order placed 7 days or less before the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee in case of cancellation. In case of no-show or failure to comply with the terms of the agreement, the credit card provided upon booking will be charged 100% of the total order value.
